Expanding the Phenotype Associated with NAA10-Related N-Terminal Acetylation Deficiency

International audience; N-terminal acetylation is a common protein modification in eukaryotes associated with numerous cellular processes. Inherited mutations in NAA10, encoding the catalytic subunit of the major N-terminal acetylation complex NatA have been associated with diverse, syndromic X-linked recessive disorders, whereas de novo missense mutations have been reported in one male and one female individual with severe intellectual disability but otherwise unspecific phenotypes. This paper assesses a revision programme proposed to unsuccessful students between the two examination sessions within the framework of the "Plan réussite en Licence" in first year at the University of Burgundy, both in terms of student participation and links with achievement. The low participation of students is not associated with particular student profiles. An analysis of the students' future shows that student participation in the revision programme led to a lower drop-out risk during the second examination session and greater success, but only as regards the examinations of the 2nd semester. International audience; Cette étude présente de manière critique les découvertes qui ont été faites à la fin du xix e siècle et au début du xx e siècle à Lailly La Tournerie (Yonne). Elle propose un classement typologique et chronologique de tous les objets mis au jour par catégorie fonctionnelle, ainsi que la reconstitution, pour la première fois, de plusieurs ensembles clos. Elle a ainsi permis de proposer une évolution de ce cimetière entre le second quart du v e siècle (La Tène A ancienne) et la première décennie du ii e siècle avant J.-C. (La Tène C1). In this paper, we want to discuss the complexity of the mechanisms of medieval building stone supplying based on a diachronically and multidisciplinary inquiry on several Cistercian and ducal study cases. The first results enlighten the constraint caused by land property that limits the builders to a supplying network shaped by domain and law. Thanks to the growing vitality of trade and the arrival of independent stone providers, criteria of selection gradually focus on stone itself. Both global and individual strategies evolve then, reinventing the networks of stone providing and the markets.
